Vine University America is an institution ordained by God to raise an end-time Jesus Army.
We are called to teach the nations about the KNOWLEDGE of the GLORY of the LORD.
Though Vine University America just started in year 2023, we have been in existence for more than four decades as a ministry. We have devoted most of our time and resource to raising men and women for the work of the ministry of our Lord.
Our history spanned 40 years plus.
In the year 1983, we started as The Rolls Academy of Sacred Music. Later on, in 1988 we added Green Pastures Bible College in Kaduna, Nigeria.
Both schools trained many great ministers of the Gospel in Nigeria and other nations across the world.
The schools later became International Worship College in 1988 and by the help of God, we are now a full fledged On-Line Christian University that offers Associate, Bachelors, Masters and Doctorate Degrees in Christian education.

Rev. Dr. Bolaji Adetunji Arowolo
Founder
Rev. Dr. Bolaji Arowolo is the Founder of Vine University, America. Though an Architect by profession, he founded The Rolls Academy of Sacred Music in Kaduna, the Northern Part of Nigeria in 1983.
The Academy later became; “International Worship College” in Nigeria, which by God’s grace, spread across many nations; trained over 10,000 students in the Worship Ministry and Global Missions.
Rev. Dr. Bolaji Arowolo, whilst in Kaduna founded the Living Rolls Band in 1983, which laid the foundation for the revival of praise and worship that spread across the nation of Nigeria from the early eighties till now.
Rev. Dr. Bolaji Arowolo also founded Songs Report in 1985, which was an annual City – wide – week – long – corporate worship that brought unity to the body of Christ in the Northern Nigeria.
Many souls were led to Christ through the program and it ran for 15 good years. It became a household programme that many Northern Nigeria indigenes looked forward to being a part of, every year. The program brought together many worship groups from different parts of Nigeria, trained, revived them again and set them on fire to carry out their ministry assignments with fire in their bones
In the year 1987, the LORD used Rev. Dr. Bolaji Arowolo to found the Victory Praise Music Therapy which took place every other week at Durba Hotel Kaduna, Nigeria. It was a three hour non- stop Praise & Worship program that witnessed many signs and wonders, salvation, healings, deliverance and great revival. It usually takes place on Sunday evenings to make room for every believer to attend after their Church Services, lunch and rest.
The programme helped the body of Christ to see the power of God in true worship, thereby encouraging them to keep worshipping the LORD in Spirit and in truth.
The LORD later revealed to Rev. Dr. Arowolo to start a Church Arm, known as the Green Pastures Church. This was founded in 1988, where many young Believers were trained to start their own ministries, which they are successfully running today.
Rev. Dr. Bolaji Arowolo Co – founded International Worship Commission (I.W.C.)with Late Rev. David Barr, an American Psalmist. I.W.C is the arm of the ministry that serves as an umbrella for worship Ministers and Ministries across the world. I.W.C.trains, ordains and gives ministerial license to Worship Ministers worldwide.
In the year 2003, Rev. Dr. Bolaji Arowolo also founded Wave of Worship in the USA, which is the outreach arm of the Ministry. His strong belief in the unity of the body of Christ has impacted cities and nations through the Wave of Worship, which is a 24 – hour Worship program.
He is an amazing multi – instrumentalist and has written over 5,000 songs which is been sung today by many of his children in the LORD, Gospel Ministers and many Churches worldwide.
He is the senior Pastor of Inland Worship Center, California.
He is the Pro Chancellor of Vine University America and Vine University Ayere, Kogi State, Nigeria.
Rev. Dr. Arowolo has two Honorary Doctorate degrees from the Latin University of Theology and Crusade for Calvary University both in California.
He is married to Rev. Olayemi Mercy Arowolo.
They are blessed with Children and grandchildren.

Rev. Mrs. Olayemi Arowolo is the Vice President of Vine University America. She is an educationist with over forty years of teaching experience. She had her first degree BA (Hons) from the Univeristy of Ilorin and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the Univeristy of Lagos, Nigeria

U.S. Department of Education Accreditation
USDE accreditation is not necessary for the theological degrees in which we offer. Individuals seeking employment in government-licensed positions such as public school teachers, state-licensed psychologists or psychiatrists, and non-church-related counselors will more than likely need USDE accredited degrees. Generally speaking, people working in ministry positions do not need a USDE accredited degree. If you are pursuing education at Vine University with the intent of obtaining employment or for some other reason, you should check with that organization BEFORE applying for enrollment in Vine University. Vine University assumes no liability of any kind.
Separation of Church and State
• There is secular education and there is religious education.
•Religious schools are not legally required to become accredited
•Secular schools seek secular education, and sacred schools receive sacred or ecclesiastic accreditation—each by their own peers.
•Religious institutions need no secular accreditation because they offer no secular degrees.
•Secular accreditation associations in turn are recognized by governmental agencies. They trace their authority back to the capitol of a country, like Washington, D.C.
•Religious accrediting associations are recognized by the Church of Jesus Christ, which has no supreme central office on earth. Our authority is derived directly from Heaven.
•Civil and religious interests are different and have separate realms of jurisdiction.
•The State is not superior to the Church. The Church need not wait for approval from the secular world.
•Civil agencies should not be dictating standards of Christian education, any more than a police officer should be directing the worship of God.
•Theological Seminaries should not be accredited by accrediting associations that are “recognized” by an agency of the federal government, because it is contrary to the Biblical principle of “Separation of Church and State,” indicated by Christ when He said, “…Render unto Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s…” (Mark 12:17).
•What business does a Christian educator have going to the world of unbelievers for recognition and acknowledgement when 2 Corinthians 6:14 clearly tells us, “Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness?”
•A Christian educational institution securing accreditation from an association which is attached to a governmental agency is a Scripturally condemned and unholy union as James 4:4 says, “Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God?”
Why not become accredited by the Department of Education? In many cases the government’s Department of Education is not qualified to accredit a private school, such as a Bible School, because the DOE is secular and a Bible or Christian School is spiritual thus our standards are not secular and cannot be judged by secular standards!
As we find in 1 Corinthians 2:14 “But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.” Therefore a state agency is not able to determine if a spiritually directed learning institution is meeting the mandates of the Bible!
Accreditation has many benefits for both educational institutions and students, but it is neither a guaranty nor is it the sole criterion of an excellent education. Every accredited institution was once unaccredited. For example, Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS) was founded in 1924 but was not accredited by SACS until 1969, long after the graduation of notables such as Dwight Pentecost, Charles Ryrie, and Chuck Swindoll. Dallas Theological Seminary was not accredited by ATS until 1994, but its excellent education before then is unassailable.
Where promotional material for an unaccredited institution consists of an advertisement in a periodical published by a person or entity that is not affiliated with the unaccredited institution, the disclosure required in subsection (a) may be abbreviated to state as follows NOT ACCREDITED BY AN AGENCY RECOGNIZED BY THE U.S. SECRETARY OF EDUCATION. The disclosure required under this subsection shall be made in a type size as large or larger than any other text in the advertisement.
